Hexham to Kielder castle
Take a beautiful ride up the Northumberland countryside to the tranquil setting of Kielder water and Kielder castle.
Stop off for a for an hour and take a look around the visitors centre or enjoy a cup of tea in the cafe or a meal in one of the pubs along the way before continuing you trike tour back to Hexham.

These fantastic tours are really worth shouting about.
We will normally pick up out side Hexham tourist infomation centre which is only 2 minutes walk from the railway station, additional pick up points available.
From here we start our journey heading North to join Hadrians wall on the old military road.
Taking in views right across the Northumberland National park and into Scotland and the North Pennines AONB . This road must be one of the most spectacular in Britain.
Riding West we pass Chesters, Carrawburgh, Housesteads, Vindolanda, Once brewed and Crawfields, just a few places along the epic Hadrians wall tour.
Once we have stopped for refreshments we are heading past Haltwhistle, the geographic centre of Britain and onto Greenheads before following the beautiful South Tyne trail along the river into Cumbria and to Alston, Britains highest market town.
And then for a really beautiful ride along to Whitfield.
This road was voted as one of the 10 most beautiful roads which to travel in Europe by the AA.
The twisting roads which are a stark contrast to the immaculatley straight military Roman roads are lined with mature trees, beautiful rivers and panoramic veiws across the open countryside, a real pleasure to ride through.
Our journey comes to an end at Hexham, where you will be able to enjoy the historic market town with its abbey, Markets, and local attractions including many fine pubs & restaraunts.

4 HOUR HADRIANS WALL TOUR
including Weardale & Blanchland
This 4 hour tour starts 20 mins from Durham City at our base at Bradley Burn Farmshop & cafe, just off the A68 from where we head off into Weardale, through the moors of Northumberland to Blanchland picking up the Hadrians wall route at Hexham.
The route is then the same as the standard tour until Alston from where we head
back through upper Weardale , past Killhope Heritage centre lead mines and down through the dales into Stanhope before arriving home. This addition really does make a fab tour even better.

This splendid Northumberland tour has its pick up at Morpeth Chantry in the Centre of the ancient town.
Once on board the trike we head off towards the rugged Northumberland coast, riding up to the fishing port of Amble.
From here we head to Warkworth castle, its mighty ruins looking down on the town.
On through the countryside to Alnwick, through the keep and up to the finest castle in England, Alnwick Castle
(the ancestral home of Harry Potter....lol) where we will stop for short while for refreshments

Once refreshed and raring to go again we take the road towards Rothbury. This really magnificent route passes the ruins of Edlingham Castle and the ancient Norman church next to it with outstanding views of the Cheviot hills before heading towards Cragside along the roads lined with ancient pine before reaching the country town of Rothbury.
From here we take a slow ride, cruising effortlessly along the twisting roads back home into Morpeth.

Starting at Morpeth Chantry we take a ride up the coast, past Druridge bay, Walkworth castle, Alnmouth, on to Seahouses & then the mighty Bamburgh Castle, perched high on its rock outcrop on the coast.
Take two hours off the trike, time to have a look around & explore Bamburgh Castle.
Back in the saddle we ride over past Chillingham castle ( most haunted in Europe). before heading through the Cheviot hills down past Craggsside ( first house in the world to be powered by hydro electricity).
On through the quite country town of Rothbury before heading back home.

This amazing premium tour is one of the best.
We start our tour at the mighty Alnwick castle before heading North up the coast to Beadnell & Seahouses, a pretty little fishing harbour.
We are right on the beautiful Northumberland coast line as we ride past the magnificent Bamburgh Castle, perched high on its rocky seat and the Farne Islands famous for their bird colonys and seals.
Further along and holding the coast line we come to the Holy Island causeway, weve already planned the timing so the tide is out and we cross over to Holy Island, the home of Christianity in England ,where we take a short break for refreshments and you will be able to sample the famous Lindisfarne mead in one of the local shops..
Refreshed and raring to go, we now head inland riding through the beautiful Cheviot hills to Wooler.
The countryside around this area is some of the most spectacular in all of England.
When we get to Chillingham castle take a good look because this 12 century strong hold is reputed to be the most haunted castle in Britain.
From here its a fabulous cruise through amazing countryside back home towards Alnwick Castle where we depart company leaving you to explore this wonderful market town with its Castle, Gardens &
intresting town centre.
