North of England TRIKE TOURS

Our company ' Ride of your life' was set up in the spring of 2007 after one year in the planning.
the idea behind the company was simple, to let people experience the thrill of motorcycling around one of the most beautiful places in Northern England.
After a good start to the season with lots of hard work promoting such an unique experience venture

we were up and running and taking all sorts of people on tours around Weardale and Teesdale, with ages from 10 years old to one lady of 88 years old.
After about 6 months we started running the tours further afield in to Northumberland, Cumbria, the Lake District & Yorkshire, also we took notice of our customers comments of which two stood out above all others.

The first was how much that they enjoyed the whole biking experience so we knew that we were on the right track.
The second comment of which we really took notice was although the whole experience was like nothing that most had done before, a lot said they would have loved to have shared the thrill of it with someone close.
After some deliberation we decided that the way forward was to purchase a stunning three seater motor trike so that couples could experience the thrill of biking together.

The purchase of our trike was an easy decision but finding the right one was rather more difficult as most still ran the old VW engine which was something we didn't want, in the end we had to go on a round trip of 1500 miles to Germany to pick up an absolutely stunning three seater trike which produces the lowest emissions in its class, something which was very high on our agenda, it runs on bio-fuel and goes and sounds lovely, perfect !
The company was re branded as
NORTH OF ENGLAND TRIKE TOURS.

Now you're probably wondering how safe is it going out on the back of a chauffeured trike ?
Well, Mark has over 33 years experience riding (not bad to say he's 41) and is an associate member of the 'Advanced Institution Of Motorcyclists'.
All other riders we employ have a minimum of 23 yrs experience.

We are a friendly family run business whom pride ourselves on making every guest feel right at home, relaxed and above all having a great time.

We absolutely love this way of life and hope our passion & enthusiasm for trikes and the great outdoors is something which you can take home with you.

We have been touring the North of England for well over 20 years now on a motorbike and really there is no experience like it, the air is pure and you're in the middle of one of the most beautiful places on earth and believe me , we know the most stunning routes there are anywhere, many being off the beaten track which you wont find on any tourist map !
From the back of our chauffeured trike you're not watching it, you're part of it, its amazing.
